I disagree with tavrobel about one thing you dont judge added dmg s effectiveness based on dmg effectiveness in bl s case if we compare lvl 20 ball lightning to 0 3 lvl 20 added chaos. 83 4 0 3 ac which means a huge dps boost around 30 more dmg on avg increased lightning dmg modifiers and lightning pen don t effect chaos but unreflectable. But it s not at all necessary ball lightning will be fine without it. Hey i know i know just another build x or build y starter post sorry p.
Just one thing i d like to say. Ball lightning mine vs gc mine. If you like running two skills then arc for clear and pyroclast single target is the best. But gc mines is alot more reliable with it s damage and nowhere near as laggy ball lightning mines will probably tank your fps and less fussy with positioning.
I tried to do 2 link with only slower proj and ball lightning but i couldn t get enough damage down fast enough so the fight was getting very chaotic in the last phase with multiple phys degens.
